The DVD was actually great and taught my son when to use the alarm and when not too. Great product. My husband got this watch for my oldest son and I was a bit skeptical as I didn't want to have to listen to the loud alarm all day long. The parental controls are also nice so that I can shut the watch alarm off when he is safe at home.
